The delicate design of gold and silver is used to express nobility and elegance. Originally created by Queens Binder "A", one of the most bookbinders in the UK during the restorative period. It is no exaggeration to say that the intricate patterns on the entire cover are well-balanced and gleaming gemstones that have garnered in time. Queens Binder is a group of small craftsmen who served in the "Golden Period of Books in England." It was widely known for its unique Poantier technique. This design reproduces the binding of Richard Allesty's "The Government of the Tongue. Alesty, the president of Eaton College, was a respected priest and a royalist, so it's no wonder if he commissioned his own creations to the Queens Binder. Recent studies show that Queens Binder has been able to point to four separate shops, even individual bookbinders such as "A" could have configured several artisans. Although the name of the seller is unknown, there is no doubt that the high reputation for the bookbinding of a gold foil gift book is now added to the collection of Henry Davis Gifts in the British Library.
