The magnet sits within the cup and is prevented from sliding by the steel lip. This means that to remove the magnet from the cup takes the full force of the magnetic pull, rather than the slide resistance. These cups are an ideal solution for semi-permanent fixtures. Also available with a half lip.The internal diameter of this steel cup is 30mm, so we would recommend using pot magnets with this of up to 25mm in diameter.
